Kowloon Cultural District
As a counter proposal to the cultural
industry of the West Kowloon Cultural District, the proposal of a Kowloon
Cultural District contends that there is already a cultural district in
existence, but in urgent need of intensive care. This research illustrates the
richness of Kowloon urban culture and its capability to function as armatures
for a fulfilling life in Hong Kong.
